At Lurking Class, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After completing the online request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure the package is sealed tightly to prevent any damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
